What are the filing time frames?
Time to File:Â 90 Days from Date of ShipmentÂ
Lost Shipments:Â Wait 20 Days Domestic; 30 Days International Shipment.
Damaged Shipments:Â Can Be Filed Immediately

- Proof of Value (Sales/Purchase Invoice)Â
- Recipient Statement of Non-Receipt or Damage
- (If Applicable) Pictures of Damage, repair estimate, or salvage value.

How long will it take to review my claim?
Most claims are resolved within 24 hours of submission.
