The Short Version

Every item we make is crafted in-house, just for you. That means production takes time before anything ships — but once it's on the way, we'll keep you informed every step.

  • Production time: 5–8 business days before shipping
  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS
  • Expedited options: Available at checkout
  • Shipping costs: Calculated by carrier at checkout based on weight, method, and destination
  • International: Not available at this time

Order Processing

Every product is made in-house and crafted uniquely to your specifications. Because of this, production and shipping are two separate timelines — please allow 5–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment after order confirmation.

Orders are processed in the order they're received. During peak seasons and holidays, minor delays may occur — we'll always do our best to meet our timelines and will communicate proactively if something comes up.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. If you haven't received a tracking number after 8 business days, check your spam/junk folder first, then reach out at info@embedded-designz.com with your full name and order number.

Orders paid via eCheck through PayPal will not ship until payment has fully cleared.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship via USPS and UPS for reliable, trackable delivery across the continental United States.

  • Standard shipping: Typically 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited shipping: Typically 1–3 business days after shipment; options and pricing shown at checkout

Please note: carrier delivery windows are estimates. While we do everything in our power to meet timelines, once a package is in the carrier's hands, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, and peak-season volume are outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier based on package weight, your selected shipping method, and delivery destination. All costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order — no surprises.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your delivery. If you experience any issues with your tracking information, contact us at info@embedded-designz.com and we'll help you get answers from the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, here's what to do:

  1. Check around your delivery location and with neighbors
  2. Allow 1 business day — carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered before final drop-off
  3. Contact us at info@embedded-designz.com with your order number

We'll file a carrier investigation on your behalf. Resolution timelines vary by carrier, but we'll stay on it with you. Please note that once a package is confirmed delivered to the address provided, we are not liable for theft or loss — but we won't leave you hanging either.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by address errors.

Note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your address is a P.O. Box, your order will be routed via USPS. When in doubt, use a physical street address.

Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We begin production quickly — if you notice an address error after ordering, contact us immediately at info@embedded-designz.com. We'll do everything we can to catch it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Holidays & Weekends

Our carriers observe federal holidays and do not pick up or deliver on weekends. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. This does not affect our 5–8 business day production window, which only counts business days.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We're working on it — stay tuned.

DFW-local? We love that. Local pickup may be available by appointment at our Forney, TX location. Contact us at info@embedded-designz.com to arrange.
