Terms & Conditions for Customized Products

By checking the box and proceeding to checkout, you (the customer) agree to the following terms and conditions for your custom/personalized product(s) order:

ALL CUSTOMIZED/PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

No Refunds for Customized Products:

We cannot restock or reuse customized products. Therefore, we do not allow cancellations, exchanges, or refunds unless there was an error made on our part. If such an error occurs, the product will be replaced upon return of the original item.

Spelling accuracy: 

You (the customer) are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all text, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation on your custom design before submitting your order. We will not be held responsible for any errors in the text after your approval. Your design will be printed exactly as you submitted and approved.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

  • Please allow 24-72 hours for a draft of any custom designs to be sent to you via email.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days after the design is approved for your order to ship. This timeframe may be subject to increase during periods of high demand. We strive to fulfill orders as promptly as possible, but exceptional demand may require additional processing time. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to deliver your orders promptly.

PRINTED/SUBLIMATED PRODUCTS

Colors may vary:

Please be aware that the colors of your printed product may differ from what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee an exact color match due to variations in monitor settings and the printing process. We do our best to reproduce the colors as accurately as possible. 

Graphic quality:

We recommend submitting images with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher for optimal print quality. If you choose to submit a lower resolution image (below 300 dpi), you understand that the printed result may not be as clear or sharp as desired. We will not be held responsible for any issues arising from the use of low-resolution graphics and will print your design as-is.

Sublimation Process Imperfections:

Although we use the highest quality products and printing processes, please note that small imperfections may occur in the arm, shoulder, collar, and other areas of your printed product. These imperfections are a natural result of the printing process and are not considered defects. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept that such imperfections may be present on your final product.
